the refurbishment and change of use of the existing derelict 3 and 5 storey warehouse which is a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP99 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003352) to a boutique hotel. The works will comprise of: (i) the provision of a 28 no. twin/double bedroom hotel rooms with en-suites and ancillary facilities over 5 storeys formed from an existing ground floor level and 4 no. raised upper levels; (ii) the provision of dual staircases and passenger lift; (iii) the raising of the existing roof structure to accommodate the internal alterations; (iv) refurbishment of the three storey annex; (v) elevational alterations throughout; and (Vi) all ancillary site development works.
