Works description

Phase 1 commencement notice for 19 no. dwelling houses forming part of the permitted 31-unit residential development at Owenmore Crescent, Collooney, Co. Sligo. The wider permitted development comprises 31 no. residential units. This commencement notice relates to the construction of Units 1–13 and Units 26–31 only, together with the carrying out of the site development and infrastructural works required to service the overall permitted development. The Phase 1 works include all associated site development works, including construction of the internal estate roads, footpaths, public lighting, car parking, drainage infrastructure, foul and surface water sewers, attenuation and outfall arrangements, watermain and utility services, service connections, boundary treatments, landscaping, open space areas, site levels, retaining works where required, and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate and service the wider 31-unit development. The remaining apartment units forming part of the permitted development are to be commenced under a separate later phase/commencement notice, following receipt of the relevant statutory approvals, including the Fire Safety Certificate.
