Works description
It is proposed to construct one new building split into two sections (A/B) to the rear of the Bonnington Hotel on the Swords Road, Dublin 9. The development will consist of 124 apartments ranging from lower ground to fourth floor. Additionally, there is an ancillary amenity space in Block A and an undercroft carpark in Block B, both located at lower ground floor. The apartments on the upper floors are each served by a single stair.
