Works description
(There is an existing approved Fire Safety Certificate (Ref: BC 4293/2021) for the development, however) it is (now) proposed to carry out a fit out of this space on behalf of the Social Housing body who occupy the block to the Amenity Space at ground floor. A new meeting room, an electrical board, and a circulation corridor leading to a new kitchenette and WC are proposed, additionally a new final exit is proposed. Additionally, 6 new PV panels are proposed on the roof as part of the provisions for the amenity space.
