Works description
The development will consist of the demolition of existing shed to the rear and side of the existing dwelling house and the demolition of the existing chimney to the north side of the house, the construction of a single storey and part two storey extension to the rear and side of the existing house. Works will also include the alteration of the existing railing for the creation of a new vehicular access to the front of the existing house which will include the dishing of the existing kerb and associated works.
