Construction of a two storey hostel comprising 6 bedrooms / dormitories, common room, kitchen, scuba gear and drying room, bicycle store, laundry room and ancillary facilities to the rear of existing buildings (670.9m²), 6. Conversion of existing first floor residential accommodation to 2 no. apartments (173.3m²), 7.
