This commencement notice relates to Duplex Block 1, 6 no. 3 bed units and 6 no. 2 bed units as outlined below in the following description of the planning permission. Permission Amendments to Reg. Ref. 09/500050 (An Bord Pleanála Ref: PL73.236928 and extend by Reg. Ref. 15/955). The development will consist of revisions to the permitted 73 No. units which comprise 25 No. duplex units and 48 No. houses to now include the provision of 75 No. units at "Elsmore 1C" (in lieu of 73 No. permitted units) comprising of 24 No. Duplex units and 51 No. houses as follows: 24 No. duplex units comprising 12 No. 3 bed units and 12 No. 2 bed units; 51 No. houses comprising 22 No. house type E (2 storey, 4 bed), 4 No. house type F1 (2 storey, 3 bed) and 4 No. house type F2 (2 storey, 3 bed). The proposal includes a minor amendment to the internal estate road alignment to the north east (The Grove) and all ancillary and associated works AT Elsmore, Jigginstown, Naas, Co. Kildare IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION.
