Reroofing and refurbishment of existing garden sheds and single-story roof to existing courtyard adjacent to existing estate offices and change of use to office space with associated toilets and staff shower facilities. Foul drainage will be connected to existing public sewer. Surface water will be collected and discharged to existing lake for reuse in the existing Powerscourt Gardens. Parking will be provided for the proposed development within the existing Powerscourt House facilities. All at Powerscourt House, Powerscourt Demesne, Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow which is in the curtilage of a protected structure, namely Powerscourt House.
