Works description
New Boiler House construction in the utilities area at the northern end of the site. External finishes will match existing boiler house and new boiler flue will discharge to the existing boiler house flue. Two new flues will be installed to a height of 3.0m above new boiler house roof level. A transformer, 2.9m high shall be located at the western side of the new boiler house and a new water tank, 3.5m diameter, 14m high, is to be constructed to the western side of the production facility.
