Proposed 19 No. single storey older peoples and persons with limited mobility housing units consisting of 4 No. blocks of terraced buildings comprising 13 No. one bedroom units and 6 No. Two bedroom units. The development also includes the provision of a new access road and pedestrian access leading to public road and for alterations to adjoining shop access including realignment of footpath along public road at proposed entrance. Also to provide car parking spaces, bin storage enclosure, site lighting and revised site boundary treatments. To connect to council mains, sewage and storm sewers with associated site works and for temporary construction compound to remain in situ for a period of 2 years to facilitate construction works at Main Street, Stradbally, Co Laois.
