Works description
A new vehicular and pedestrian entrance and associated works directly from Griffith Avenue and a new avenue leading to the existing road network within the institute. The development will include modifications to existing trees, planting and boundary wall and railing along a section of the boundary with Griffith Avenue and provision of stone faced flanking pier walls, gates, signage and replacement tree and low level planting and lighting. The proposed new avenue will be provided with lighting and include footpaths planted verges and a boundary on each side will join the existing road network within the institute.
