the proposed 1-storey extension (348m² Approx.) to the Northern side, the Part 1-storey & Part 2-storey extension (3614m² Approx.) to the Northern & Eastern sides of the existing Bausch + Lomb Ireland facility. The extensions are to include new production facilities, storage areas, offices, link corridors and staff accommodation. This is also to include new plant rooms and to include minor internal and external modifications. These works are to include all associated plant & equipment, elevational alterations, site works, site fencing, signage and alterations to internal road network and drainage. This application relates to development for the purposes of an activity requiring an Industrial Emissions License at Bausch + Lomb Ireland, Unit 424 – 425 IDA Industrial Estate, Cork Road, Waterford
