Works description

Renovate and extend existing dwelling house which is a Protected Structure, a detached former school RPS no. 168 and NIAH 1280350, the proposed work to consist of demolishing existing flat roof extension to the rear and constructing a dormer extension to the rear and a single storey extension to the rear and side and enlarging existing ground floor gable windows, and installing new first floor windows in all gables including over front door and replacing existing windows and raising existing chimneys, also altering the internal layout, and decommission existing septic tank and installing a new packaged wastewater treatment system and sand polishing filter
