Works description

Refurbishment and completion of an existing 2-storey terraced block development of 6 no. apartments at Pound Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo. The works comprise completion works of an existing apartment development constructed circa 2008. Works will include but not be limited to: Demolition and replacement of existing boundary wall with new; Construction of new foul and surface water drainage system and associated works; Replacement of all existing external windows and doors; Strip back of existing flat roofs; Demolition of internal partitions & timbers stairs; Construction of new apartment units and associated works; General site clearance, excavating, and associated works; Construction of external finishes, facades, walls, roofs, etc. Installation of new attenuation tank and foul water storage. Some remedial structural works will also be required.
