Parkside development Lands, former Balgriffin Park Lands, Dublin 17. Development at a site of c. 0.08 ha at 'Parkside' Development Lands, located on the Former Balgriffin Park Lands, Dublin 17. The application site is located within the permitted Parkside Phase 2b residential development (under construction) - DCC Reg. Ref. 2679/16. Phase 2b is located south of Parkside Boulevard, west of the Hole in the Wall Road and east of Parkside Phase 1 and 2a residential development. A portion of the site extends eastwards towards the Hole in the Wall Road. The developments consists of: -Change in house type for 1 permitted house (unit 93) from house type F1 (3-bed, 2-storey semi-detached house -c.114sq.m) to house type G1 (3-bed, 2 storey semi detached house - c.112 sq.m) -Provision of a new boundary wall between the subject site and adjoining property at No. 18 Hole in the Wall Road. -Associated alterations to private open space and boundary treatments. - All other associated site development works, service provision, open space, car parking, landscaping, boundary treatments as permitted under DCC Reg. Ref. 2679/16
