Works description

The works will consist of elements of all of the CAT A office fitout to the ground and first floor of the Three Park Place Office development. These works have been excluded from the works associated with the Commencement Notice and are deferred as referenced in the completion certificate reference number CCDC. The works will consist of the following works within the open plan office areas: Suspended Ceilings, Raised Access Floors, LPHW & CHW Services Installation, Ventilation Installation, Above Ground Soils and Wastes including condensate drainage, Fire Services including dampers, Electrical Distribution, General Services and wiring installation, Mechanical power cabling, General and Emergency lighting installation, Fire alarm installation and Sprinkler installation.
