The development will consist of: a) extensions and internal and external alterations to existing serviced tourist accommodation building including conversion of gymnasium and ancillary areas to 3No. additional guest bedrooms, provision of new escape stairwell and an external / maintenance store, b) provision of new staff accommodation extension at first floor and associated alterations to existing building, c) retention of existing first floor staff accommodation and associated alterations, d) construction of waste and equipment storage building, e) provision of new wastewater treatment system including polishing filter and all associated site development and external works, f) all on revised site boundaries.
