Works description
1) Construct a one and a half storey extension to the side of our house on the right hand side when viewed from the roadway. 2) A single storey link from the existing house to the proposed extension. 3) To upgrade our septic tank and percolation to a secondary treatment system with a new percolation area. 4) To relocate existing entrance a distance of 78 metres to the South to facilitate safer sightlines and manoeuvring of vehicles within the site. 5) All ancillary ground works associated with the above proposal.
