Permission to develop existing attic space over existing dwelling and granny flat as office and storage space and for a new box dormer to west side of the old roof, permission to refurbish and extend existing dwelling by erecting a new extension to the southern gable complete with attic accommodation over, a box dormer window and a feature gable window to south side and minor changes to the existing elevations of the old dwelling and permission to decommission the existing septic tank and install a new mechanical treatment unit and raised bed soil polishing filter complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development on our site
