Public-safe works description

The development will consist of; (1)Internal and external renovations and alterations to existing Shop / Retail at ground floor level. Alterations to include change of use from Shop/Retail to Café to part of floor area. Demolition of existing single storey extension & construction of new single storey extension to the rear. Repurposing of remaining ground floor area and change of use of rear warehouse storage to hair dressing / beautician / tanning beds and other ancillary uses with internal & external alteration and renovations including new shopfront & signage to front. (2)Change of use from ancillary office space to 1no. two bed apartment and 1no. three bed apartment including internal and external renovations and alterations at first floor level. Change of use from ancillary office space to 2no. two bed apartments including internal and external renovations and alterations at second floor level. Construction of new single storey extension to rear to provide new entry along with stair & lift core providing access to upper floor apartments. (3)Construction of new communal bin store to rear at ground floor level. (4)Renovation of existing shed store to rear to provide for storage space and bike store to proposed apartments. (5)Provision of private/communal amenity space and car parking to the rear including all associated site development works and connections to existing public services.
