Works description
Construction of a single-storey industrial hall and attached three-storey office/welfare facility with associated external works. The building will measure approx. 12 metres in height throughout with a combined footprint of approx. 1070 m2. The building fabric will be completed using insulated precast concrete wall cladding, polycarbonate daylight glazing, anodized aluminum curtain walling and an insulated single-ply roofing membrane. The hall structure will be a painted steel portal frame and the office will be constructed using in-situ concrete walls and slabs.
