Permission to extend and alter existing two storey dwelling which will consist of; increasing existing ridge level to existing dwelling and to add 4 no. dormer windows to front elevation, to extend the main dwelling at ground and first floor levels at the south western elevation, to also construct a two storey extension to the rear of existing main dwelling consisting of kitchen, living and dining space with utility/bootroom, bathroom, hall and stairwell at ground floor level, and 3 no. bedrooms, bathroom and walk-in wardrobe and landing at first floor level. Permission is also sought to demolish single storey front entrance porch (to front elevation) and to replace with a single store lobby/sun lounge. Permission is further sought for a new on-site underground wastewater treatment plant and percolation area, together with all necessary and associated site works
