Development of four storey blocks of 30 no. apartments with associated bicycle store, bin store, car parking, landscaping and associated site works on a site at St. Pancras Works, Mount Tallant Avenue, Terenure, Dublin 6W (named as ‘St. Pancras House’ followed by apartment number on DCC approved naming and numbering scheme). Apartments are arranged as follows: 8 No. apartments (6 No. 2 bed and 2 No. 1 bed) at ground floor, 8 No. apartments (6 No. 2 bed and 2 No. 1 bed) at first floor, 8 No. apartments (6 No. 2 bed and 2 No. 1 bed) at second floor and 6 No. apartments at third floor level (2 no. 1 bed,2 No. 2 bed and 2 No. 3 bed). Apartments are accessed as follows: Block A via Stair Core A and Block B via Stair Core B. Blocks of apartments are part of a larger development at this site including residential development of 37 no. houses. These houses are currently under construction under separate Commencement Notice.
