The development will comprise: a new three storey extension to the Oscar Traynor Road frontage of Northside Shopping Centre incorporating an entrance lobby to the existing shopping centre with a new lift and stairs (124sq.m) serving Dublin City Council’s swimming pool at second floor level; additional retail space (107.5sq.m) at ground floor; and additional floor space for leisure/recreation/gym uses and changing facilities at first and second floor levels (426sq.m); and the demolition of the existing external concrete access ramp and stairs to the swimming pool; and sundry associated hard landscaping and signage works in the vicinity, all at Northside Shopping Centre, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock, Dublin 5.
