Works description
This Commencement Notice relates to Phase 1 of the proposd development that has been granted planning permission. Phase 1 consists of the construction of dwelling units 19 & 20 (2 storey semi detached units), 21-26 (2 storey terraced units) and unit 27 (detached 2 storey unit). Phase 2 will be submitted once the Fire Certificate has been received (it has been lodged already and the client is awaiting confirmation that it is acceptable to LCC).
