Demolition of the existing entrance building at Eyre Square, adjacent to Ballalley Lane (inc the former Bureau de Change adjacent to no. 19 Eyre Square) and the construction of a a new entrance building of 1217 sq.m gross internal area in its place and all associated site works. The new entrance building will be 3 storeys in height (plus screened rooftop plant area) & will accommodate five number retail units and a cafe / restaurant with deck area with first floor level. the proposed development is located within an Architectural Conservation Area and is located between Ballalley Lane and no.19 Eyre Square (which is a Protected Structure), minor external works will be necessitated to the Protected Structure, at the Eyre Square Centre, Eyre Square, Galway.
