Works description
F24 P1222 system expansion requires a change of Occupancy to an existing F-1 Occupancy Warehouse to the North side of the Fab at Subfab level. The new H-4 Occupancy expansion is part of the larger existing Subfab PCD room, located a short distance away within the main Subfab space of F24. There will be a two-phase Fire Cert process to allow for early enabling works to commence, with this first phase Shell Fire Cert application.The second phase Interiors Fire Cert will follow.
