The application proposes to replace and supersede 14 no. apartments in two number two-storey blocks and a childcare facility of 176 square metres and three number apartments for staff, previously permitted as part of PL 06/1317 and extend that site in a northerly direction to include part of the site previously granted permission under PL 06/1316
