Works description
Construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing single-storey four-bedroom bungalow, comprising an enlarged kitchen, and home office area. 2 no. new rooflights are proposed, a ridge light to the new roof, and a roof light to the rear slope of the existing roof.
