The proposed works consist of the construction of 2 no. blocks – (i) Block B/C comprising of a 10-no. unit terrace block of residential housing, as well as (ii) The construction of a an public amenity block consisting of a semi-open, sheltered summer house community structure which also includes a secure bicycle storage shed building and all associated site and ancillary works, which form part of an overall residential development at Shronedarragh, Barraduff, Co. Kerry. The aforementioned Block B/C consists of a 9 no. 3-bed houses with 1no. 4-bed house - all contained within one two-storey terrace block. The overall development also includes the provision of 37no. car parking spaces, pedestrian, and vehicular site entrances to the south (located off an existing development internal road network), 2no. bin stores, pedestrian crossings, development signage, public lighting, boundary treatments, landscaping, public open spaces, and all ancillary site development works at Shronedarragh, Barraduff, Co. Kerry.
