Removal and relocation of all existing industrial kitchen equipment. - Demolition of existing concrete partition subdividing the existing kitchen and the passageway corridor & install steel beam according to Structural engineer documents. - Demolition of existing stud partition subdividing existing passageway corridor and existing Office. - New opening in concrete wall between existing conference room and new kitchen according to structural engineer documents. - New openings in external walls for passage of A/V ducts according to structural engineer documents. - Removal 1n existing exterior door. - Removal of existing floor, in existing kitchen, passageway and office. - Removal Mechanical & Electrical features as showing in M&E documents. - New lobby between conference room and new kitchen. - New gypsum partitions in Kitchen area according to new layout. - New fire rated partition and ceiling to form new lobby - New flooring in lobby and kitchen - New mechanical and electrical services according to M&E and Kitchen supplier documents & drawings - New ceilings in kitchen area, office and lobby - Decorative painting & PVC wall covering in kitchen area - Supply & install new doors and 1n window
