The proposed housing units will comprise of 8 no. 2 bed apartments, 15 no. 2 bed 2 storey houses, 15 no. 3 bed 2 storey houses, 2 no. 4 bed 2 storey houses at Townparks, Kells, Co. Meath. (This proposed development supersedes the previously approved development for 40 housing units (Meath County Council) and (Kells Town Council).
