The works are to include for the amendment to Granted Planning Permission Application (REF: 2520/13). Amendments include; • Chimneys removed on all three houses. • Porches in 2 no. semi- detached houses filled in. • Stone wall at bottom of house on Tritonville road and either side of the house replaced with brickwork. • Ground floor windows along Tritonville road reduced in height and cill level raised. • Window to bedroom 4 of detached house increased in width. • Second window to bedroom 4 of semi- detached house omitted. • Rear wall of 3 no. properties to be retained at height of 2.06m (Level 4.71 top of wall) and capped, wall to be pebble dashed on the side of the new houses, new 900mm high timber fence proposed on top of retained wall.
