Works description
The proposed development will consist of the demolition of one derelict dwelling and the construction of a three storey Primary Care Centre including General Practitioners surgery, HSE and Tusla facilities comprising consulting rooms, waiting areas, meeting rooms, offices and ancillary accommodation, Pharmacy Unit, Ancillary Retail Unit and plant rooms. The proposal also includes for ancillary site development works including site clearance, new site entrance off the R418, new boundary treatments, car parking, cycle parking, site lighting, hard and soft landscaping, 3 no. totem signs and signage fixed to the building elevations and all associated site works.
