Works description
The Extension of the Existing Storage Warehouse will be the continuation of the existing building materials and profile to provide the appearance of a uniform building. The Storage Warehouse is used for the storage of chilled foods. The Extension to the Warehouse will consist of insulated roof cladding (KS1000 RW) on cold-rolled steel purlins on a steel portal frame. The Extension will be fitted with Kingspan KS1100 CS Cold Store Panel to form the walls and ceilings within the Extension to the Warehouse. Kingspan KS1100 CS Cold Store Panel will provide 60-minute fire resistance where necessary. A new canopy will also be constructed on the Eastern Elevation of the Storage Warehouse Extension. The Canopy will consist of single skin roof cladding on cold-rolled steel purlins on a steel frame
