Works description
The demolition of existing local authority residential dwellings and associated infrastructure and the construction of a new local authority residential development of 6no. single story dwellings, landscaping and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of 4no. 2 bedroom units, 2no. 3 bedroom units. Vehicle and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be via a new entrance off Rath Oraig.
