Works description
The development will consist of the demolition of the existing ramp to apartment block no.2 Rochestown House, and the construction of 1no. platform lift and 1no. external stairs. A temporary stairs will be constructed for use by residents for the extent of the construction programme, to be removed from site on completion of the new external stairs.
