Permission for development. The development will consist of change of use of vacant, single storey, former transport centre garage to office space (355 sq.m) (variation of development permitted under ref. no. D13A/0594), for provision of new first floor offices over converted transport centre, for first floor link building from new first floor office space to existing first floor office space, (total new first floor space 385 sq.m.), new elevational treatment to converted ground floor and new first floor office space, and 10 no. covered bicycle parking spaces, at existing two-storey and single storey office building and single storey transport centre building.
