The proposed works comprise A) Enlarging the front door and installing an external insulation system to the front elevation. B) Widening of the existing front gate to provide vehicular access to the site. C) Construction of a part single and part two storey extension (total 94m2) to the rear of the existing property with enclosed external courtyard and providing utility and open plan kitchen living area to ground floor (67m2) and additional bedroom and ensuite at the first floor (27m2) and is to include all ancillary site development and landscaping work.
