Works description
The development will consist of permission for alterations to an existing commercial premises including demolition of part of the building and re- construction on the same footprint that will result in a gross floor area increase of 408.7sq.m. The proposed development will result in an increase in office space of 116.35sq.m, an increase in the shop floor area of 192.3sq.m and an increase in the storage area of 100.05sq.m. The proposed development also includes for new signage, a new shop front, revised parking layout, revised site boundaries from that granted under PA ref: 07/1989 to allow for upgrading of the on-site waste water treatment system and landscaping, and all associated site development works
