The development will consist of the demolition of the existing porch and boiler house, to construct a new extension (community space) to the western side of the existing church building, to construct new window openings to the rear of the existing sacristy, to widen the existing site entrance, and all associated site works including new connection to public wastewater, and new on site surface water soakaway. The proposed development will provide accessible entry and circulation at ground level to the church and new community space, and it will provide access at mezzanine level to the church gallery.
