Retention permission is sought for (a) change of use of tile store and showroom previously approved and constructed under planning reference No. 9613021 to use as a boxing club (b) retain mezzanine at first floor level. Planning Permission is sought for (c) two storey extension to front of existing building (southeast) incorporating protected entrance stairwell and disabled accessible toilet at ground floor level with tea station and plant room at first floor (d) extend first floor internally with revised layout incorporating changing rooms/toilets & showers (e) alterations to elevations to include rooflights to new and existing roofs, high level windows to side/rear elevations, removal of roller shutter door to rear and provision of pedestrian fire exit and all associated site works at Stradermot T.d, off Main Street, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim.
