Works description
Extension and renovation of the Masonry built Gospel Hall and the adjacent derelict house, plus the addition of a detached Concrete Modular Pastoral Hub with light catering facilities. The ground floor of the house will be reconstructed in modern masonry and change purpose to allow for community use with a 2 bed dwelling over the community facility above concrete floors. Fire and disability compliance to be regularised for all buildings.
