Works description

Permission for the construction of a new partially enclosed 9m2 linking walkway / corridor from Hotel Lobby to existing corridor / escape route 17m2, connecting to existing bedroom block walkway 52m2 to form continuous route / walkway to be partially enclosed for privacy and security. Also changes to elevations regarding timber screening louvres to be fitted to bays 1-8 of existing bedroom block, and (2 x exit doors 1 - Bay 5 West elevation, and x 1 door - Bay 1 South elevation). New exit doors x 2 to Bay 10 both South and North elevations and new window fixed to Bay 9 and all associated siteworks
