Works description
Reinstatement and separation work to the ground floor of the Reflector Building to return the building to its original approved without development state. The works will involve the removal of the kitchen and dishwasher area on the ground floor. Reinstatement of the separating wall between the Warehouse and Reflector buildings, including any disconnection of shared services installations. Making good walls, floors, ceilings, and floor finishes as required. Fire Stopping works as required.
