Works description
The objective of this project is to refurbish and upgrade the ESB Networks Depot in Carrick On Shannon, Co. Leitrim, aligning with ESB’s commitment to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040. The project aims to significantly enhance the energy efficiency and sustainability of the main building and associated structures, improving the Building Energy Rating (BER) from E1 to a minimum of B1. This will be achieved through a comprehensive set of upgrades and refurbishments that address insulation, airtightness, glazing, asbestos removal, mechanical and electrical systems, and the installation of renewable energy sources.
