Alterations and extensions to existing two storey detached dwelling house to include 1) demolition of existing conservatory to side of existing dwelling and of part of existing rear single storey extension/sheds; 2) new extensions to rear (single storey, to side (2-storey), to front (2 storey first floor extension); 3) alterations to existing elevations to include alterations to existing roof to front; new open entrance porch to front, new gable-roof with rooflights over existing single storey attached garage, new canopy to side, minor alterations to finishes and to windows/doors openings, removal of existing chimney stacks and installation of new rooflight to rear of existing roof 4) provision of new vehicular and pedestrian gated site entrances to front boundary wall; 5) all ancillary site works.
