Works description
The proposed development relates to the existing two- storey studio building located to the rear of the dwelling and will comprise (i) change of use of the studio building from domestic store to residential accommodation as part of the existing dwelling on the site; (ii) external alterations to the studio building consisting of changes to the fenestration detail on the front and rear elevation and a replacement roof with ridge height increased by 1.735m and extension of the new roof across to the eastern gable; and (iii) all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including drainage and landscaping.
