Works description
The conversion of the existing Talbot mall into a supermarket with ancillary bakery and off license sales area. The proposed supermarket will be located on the ground floor level, over a large basement car park. This application is applicable soley to areas associated with the proposed retail demise along with minor alterations to the means of escape from the adjacent pharmacy and medical centre escape route and minor works to the existing access (through this ground floor unit) to the carpark underneath and its enclosure, which will be blocked up.
