Works description
Demolition of the rear wall, roof, chimneys, entrance porch, external stairs, and the removal of windows of the existing dwelling. The new works will include a rear extension, side extension, lower ground floor extension to the rear of the property, a new balcony, a new chimney, and a new roof. There will also be extensive improvements to the existing property to include internal layout changes, external wall insulation, new and replacement glazing, and extensive site works
